Work conditioning program

Our Work Conditioning Program is indicated to restore an individual's level of function up to their pre-injury level through a comprehensive functional exercise program. This program is designed for individuals in the sub-acute stage of recovery (3 to 6 months) who may or may not have received earlier intervention but present with ongoing functional restrictions limiting their return to part or all of their pre-accident duties or activities.

To restore function, individuals will be prescribed injury specific flexibility, range of motion and strengthening exercises. Added to this are functional training exercises to address impairments and critical job demands.
