Work hardening program

Our Work Hardening Program ensures work readiness for injured clients who cannot benefit from graduated return to work programs either due to the unavailability of work or a modified / suitable duties program within their workplace. It can also address more difficult cases where behavioral issues are interfering with the recovery.

This program includes a work conditioning plus job simulation component over 4 hours designed to develop work specific endurance and work readiness.

Our objective report format is an important component of the program; it will provide objective information on participation, compliance and functional tolerance of the injured person.
