Golf related injuries include rotator cuff (shoulder) problems, lower back pain and golfer's elbow. Stretching exercises help enhance performance, prevent injuries and promote pain free golf.

Limit forward bend to less than 30 degrees

Bend at knees

Over rotation

Front foot should open by 45 degrees at address

Reduce stroke force
