| Shoulder stretches and instructions:
1) Posterior Shoulder Stretch:
Gently pull your bent elbow across your body using the opposite hand.
2) Chest/Bicep Stretch:
Holding your club behind your back (horizontally), slowly squeeze your shoulder blades together.
3) Combined Shoulder Stretch:
Holding your club behind your back (vertically), pull your top hand up slowly until a stretch is felt in the shoulder of the bottom hand.
Repeat in reversed fashion using upper hand to pull upwards until a stretch is felt in the lower sholder.
4) Combined Shoulder and Neck Stretch:
Grasp arm above wrist and pull straight and downward while gently tilting your head.
