Eric Bergeron

With his passion for sports and interest in helping others Eric obtained his master of health sciences in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa in   2015  following an honours degree with a  B.Sc. in Human Kinetics in 2012. As a Physiotherapist, Eric  has had the opportunity to work with different types of athletes ranging from weekend warriors to marathoners, helping them recover from different types of injuries. Since graduating from the University of Ottawa, he has completed courses in the Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Lumbar and Cervical spine with the Robin McKenzie Institute of Canada. He strives to remain current in matters of  sports injury prevention and management through regular review of  scientific articles related to the athletic community. Eric played several years in “AA” hockey division for the Eastern Ontario Cobras. He also played “AAA” summer hockey with the Ottawa Capitals and Orleans Voyageurs.   Eric also spent several years in motocross racing in the region of Eastern Ontario. Eric enjoys spending time outdoors, playing hockey , guitar and  spending time with his high school sweetheart and dogs. Moreover, his interests include resistance training and nutrition, cars/motorcycles and sports pools.
