ACTION PLUS ROCKLAND CLINIC SALE TO NOVO HEALTHNET

On July 22 nd 2019 Action Plus Physiotherapy concluded the sale of its Rockland location to Novo Healthnet.

This sale was made under an asset purchase agreement by Novo as Action Plus continues to operate at its Embrun location.

Please note, under this agreement Action Plus Physiotherapy granted a limited licence agreement to Novo Health for a term ending in 2 years from the date of sale, restricted in the use of our trade name in conjunction with the Rockland location.

This licence agreement does not include use of the Action Plus logo.

Action Plus Physiotherapy continues to operate at its Embrun location, established since 1991, providing Physiotherapy and Occupational Rehabilitation services.

ACTION PLUS PHYSIOTHERAPY TERMINATES PPN AGREEMENT WITH NOVOHEALTH

Effective October 31 st 2019, Action Plus Physiotherapy has terminated its membership as a provider to Novo Health as part of their Preferred Provider Network for auto Insurers (PPN).

Action Plus Physiotherapy remains a Preferred Provider to select auto insurers.
