topRehabilitation exercise programs

Rehabilitation exercise programs form an integral part of recovery and long term maintenance following an injury. Based on your assessment and lifestyle activities, a specific exercise program will be prescribed as part of the treatment. The principle is that treatment should not only address the injury but also the restoration of strength and endurance to support the injury and prevent recurrence upon return to activity. Furthermore by becoming actively involved in your treatment, you can control your symptoms better, maintain the gains obtained from treatment and accelerate recovery of movement strength and endurance. These are key factors in ensuring your readiness when it is time to resume your activities.
